Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Oriental AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by an individual service provider ("we", "us", "our").

2. Service Description

The Service provides API resale access to Chinese AI models (including but not limited to DeepSeek, Qwen, GLM, Kimi, Hunyuan, etc.). Users obtain API call credits through prepaid methods.

• API credits are for lawful purposes only
• We reserve the right to modify service offerings and pricing at any time
• Service may be unavailable due to upstream API provider issues

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide a valid email address to register. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3.2 Account Security

Keep your API keys and login credentials secure. You bear all losses resulting from key leakage.

3.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are prohibited:

• Violating any applicable laws
• Generating illegal, pornographic, violent, or hateful content
• Reverse engineering or unauthorized access to the Service
• Using APIs for DDoS attacks or other malicious activities
• Reselling API credits without explicit written authorization

4. Payment and Balance

All API calls are metered and deducted from your account balance. API calls stop automatically when balance is insufficient. Balances are non-transferable and non-refundable for cash (except where required by law).

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but are not liable for interruptions caused by:

• Upstream API provider outages
• Network carrier failures
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, etc.)
• Scheduled maintenance (we will try to provide advance notice)

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI model outputs
• Any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service
• Data loss or business interruption due to service outages

In no event shall our total liability exceed the total amount you paid to the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

Service code, design, and trademarks belong to us. Content you generate via the API belongs to you, provided you do not infringe third-party rights.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms without prior notice. Upon termination, remaining balance will be handled per the Refund Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or on-site notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, submitted to the competent people's court.
