退款政策

1. 概述
我们对服务质量有信心,因此提供公平透明的退款政策。本政策适用于通过 Oriental AI 进行的API额度充值。
2. 退款条件
2.1 可退款情况
- 未使用余额:充值后未进行任何API调用,7天内可申请全额退款
- 服务质量问题:连续24小时以上服务不可用(非计划维护),可按剩余余额比例退款
- 重复扣款:因系统错误导致的重复扣款,全额退还重复部分
- 账户误充:充值金额错误(如计划充$10实际充了$100),24小时内可申请差额退款
2.2 不可退款情况
- 已消费的API调用额度
- 充值超过30天且已有API调用记录的余额
- 因违反服务条款导致账户被终止的余额
- 免费赠送的试用额度
- 因用户自身网络问题或使用不当导致的调用失败
3. 退款金额计算
可退金额 = 账户剩余余额 - 免费赠送额度。退款将按原支付方式返还。如原支付方式不可用,将通过银行转账或协商的其他方式处理。
4. 退款流程
- 发送退款申请至 support@orientalai.ai,说明退款原因
- 我们将在2个工作日内审核并回复
- 审核通过后,退款将在5-10个工作日内到账(取决于支付渠道)
5. 退款后处理
退款完成后:
- 账户余额将相应扣减
- API密钥不会自动失效,但余额不足时调用将停止
- 账户历史记录保留
6. 争议处理
如对退款决定有异议,可在收到决定后14天内提出申诉。我们将重新审查并提供最终决定。
7. 政策变更
本退款政策可能不时更新。变更后的政策适用于新的充值。已有充值按充值时的政策执行。

Refund Policy

1. Overview
We are confident in our service quality and provide a fair and transparent refund policy. This policy applies to API credit top-ups through Oriental AI.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Eligible for Refund
- Unused Balance: Full refund available within 7 days of top-up if no API calls have been made
- Service Quality Issues: Pro-rated refund of remaining balance for continuous service unavailability exceeding 24 hours (excluding scheduled maintenance)
- Duplicate Charges: Full refund of duplicate charges caused by system errors
- Incorrect Top-up Amount: Difference refund available within 24 hours for incorrect top-up amounts (e.g., intended $10 but charged $100)
2.2 Not Eligible for Refund
- Consumed API credits
- Balances with API usage older than 30 days from top-up
- Balances on accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Free trial credits
- Failed API calls due to user network issues or improper usage
3. Refund Amount Calculation
Refundable amount = Remaining balance - Free credits awarded. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. If unavailable, bank transfer or other mutually agreed methods will be used.
4. Refund Process
- Send refund request to support@orientalai.ai with reason
- We will review and respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days (depending on payment channel)
5. Post-Refund Processing
After refund completion:
- Account balance will be deducted accordingly
- API keys are not automatically revoked, but calls stop when balance is insufficient
- Account history is preserved
6. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may appeal within 14 days of receiving the decision. We will re-review and provide a final determination.
7. Policy Changes
This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. Updated policies apply to new top-ups. Existing top-ups follow the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
